We began celebrating our 90th year by having a retrospective of our history. Remincences included the numerous youth and adult programs, public demonstrations and classes, town lanscaping projects, flower shows, plant sales, fundraising, and tales of fun and educational meetings. The four longest servng members, Annette Jarvis (1978), Rochelle Kireon (1981) , Mim Maurer (1981) and Roberta Stevens (1984) gave short overviews. A one page history of our first 40 years composed by former president, Milly Libby, was read. Also a powerpoint show of 180 pictures and text from 1970s to the present was createdby Roberta Stevens and shown.
