The Portsmouth Garden Club

November 25, 2024. The annual wreathmaking session was held to create wreath and swags for the town of Portsmouth buildings. The library, police station, fire station, town hall, public works historical society, town dump, water department and others receive the completed wreaths. Legion Park at town hall, and the public library, get both swags for signs and wreaths. The club has been donating these as a community service for decades. In total 32 bows, 17 swags and 15 wreaths were made.
